1. Organizer of the Giveaway
The organizer of the giveaway is SUNSET MEDIA FESTIVAL d.o.o., with its registered office at Ulica Republike Austrije 27, OIB: 28707839574, e-mail: info@sunsetsportsfestival.com.
The organizer is responsible for the implementation of the giveaway and communication with the winners.
2. Duration and Scope of the Giveaway
The giveaway will take place from October 8 to October 11, 2025, ending at 12:00 PM.
The giveaway will be conducted exclusively on Instagram, on the official pages of the Organizer and OTP Bank.
3. Eligibility
All individuals aged 18 and over with a permanent residence in the Republic of Croatia are eligible to participate.
Employees of the Organizer and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
4. How to Participate
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- • Follow the OTP Bank and Sunset Sports Festival Instagram profiles.
- • Tag a person in the comments below the giveaway post with whom they would attend the Sunset Sports Festival.
- • Write a short reason why they would bring that specific person to the festival.
Participation in the giveaway is completely free and not conditional upon any purchase or service usage.
5. Winner Selection and Announcement
The winner will be chosen based on the creativity of their answer, as evaluated by the Organizer’s expert jury.
The results of the giveaway will be announced on October 11, 2025, during the Block Party in Zagreb, and the winner will be contacted via Instagram.
6. Prize
The winner receives two “Experience” tickets for the Sunset Sports Festival, with a total value of EUR 1,280 (VAT included).
Each “Experience” ticket includes:
- Admission to the festival on both days, with access to all talks and sessions
- Coffee breaks and lunch on both festival days
- Participation in the boat party and cocktail party
Accommodation and any additional food or drink consumption on the boat are not included in the prize and are at the winner’s own expense.
7. Prize Collection
The winner must contact the Organizer via the provided e-mail within 48 hours of the announcement to arrange prize collection.
If the winner fails to respond within this period, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to the next most creative participant.
8. Disqualification and Restrictions
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants in the following cases:
- • Providing false or incomplete information
- • Violating the giveaway rules
- • Posting offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
9. Personal Data Processing (GDPR)
The Organizer collects and processes the following personal data of participants: Instagram username, full name, photo, e-mail address, and contact details required for prize delivery.
By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to the processing of their personal data.
E-mail addresses of participants may be processed based on the Organizer’s legitimate interest, in order to inform them about new events, giveaways, and products.
The data will be used solely for the purposes of implementing the giveaway, identifying and contacting the winners, and delivering the prize.
The Organizer will retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes of processing:
- • Data collected for the purpose of conducting the giveaway will be stored for up to 60 days after the giveaway ends, after which they will be deleted, except for the winner’s name and e-mail address, which will be kept for the purpose of awarding the prize at the Sunset Sports Festival 2026.
- • Data processed based on legitimate interest for informational purposes will be kept until the participant objects to such processing.
The data will not be shared with third parties or transferred outside the EU. However, your personal data may be shared with the Organizer’s partners solely for the purpose of prize delivery.
Participants have the right at any time to request:
- • Access to their data
- • Correction or deletion of data
- • Restriction of processing or objection to processing
Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency – AZOP).

10. Organizer’s Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for:
- • Technical difficulties during the giveaway
- • Delays, errors, or inability to notify or deliver the prize due to incorrect participant information
- • Any irregularities, cancellations, or changes in conditions caused by circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control
11. Acceptance of the Rules
By participating in the giveaway, participants fully accept all of the above Terms & Conditions.
