The official Sofascore Player of the Season Awards Ceremony will take place in the unique setting of the Educational and Presentation Center for Underwater Archaeology St. Nicholas on the Zadar peninsula.
The evening will open with the panel “What’s Next for Italian Football?”, featuring some of the biggest names in Italian and global football, including legendary Alessandro Del Piero, alongside Michele Ciccarese, an expert in international football development and sports business, and Marco Messina, an Italian sports journalist and media personality. The panel will be moderated by Nico Cantor, one of the most recognizable faces of American sports television.
Following the panel, the Sofascore Player of the Season Awards ceremony will take place — an international sports awards show that will be broadcast live on CBS in the United States and streamed globally via YouTube. Last year’s edition of this unique television spectacle attracted more than one million viewers worldwide on YouTube, while the CBS Sports broadcast reached a multi-million audience across the United States.
