Breath First – Rewiring Health, Performance and Recovery

In this dynamic theory-and-practice-based lecture, Mirela Anić and Igor Blažinčić will explore the importance of breathing in improving health, enhancing recovery, and developing performance capacities, both in the general population and in athletes.

Through science-based insights from kinesiology combined with perspectives gained from many years of practical experience, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how breathing influences nervous system regulation, energy efficiency, recovery, and overall performance. Alongside the theoretical part, the lecture will also include practical breathing tools and techniques that attendees can immediately apply in everyday life to support their health, resilience, and quality of life.
