A graduate economist with extensive international experience in sports management, she is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Economics and Sustainable Development at Libertas University, with a focus on sports organization management and the development of sustainable sports systems.
She has been involved in the sports system since 1997 and, throughout her long-standing career, has held numerous leadership positions at both national and international levels. She has served multiple terms as Secretary General and Director of the Croatian Volleyball Federation, where she actively contributes to the development of the sport and the strengthening of organizational capacities.
Alongside her career in sport, she gained ten years of experience in the private sector, during which she remained actively involved in the volleyball federation as a volunteer. Today, she is particularly committed to integrating young Croatian athletes from the diaspora into the national sports system, as well as to developing new generations of leaders in sport through education and international cooperation.
As a guest lecturer at renowned international institutions, she actively shares her knowledge and experience with students, contributing to the further development of sports management.
