Sebastijan Orlić, PhD – a Croatian scientist, sports nutritionist, and fitness professional whose work focuses on optimizing performance and improving long-term health. He holds a doctorate in chemical engineering with a specialization in biotechnology and has built his career around applying scientific principles to nutrition, supplementation, and training. As the founder of the “Kvaliteta života” (Quality of Life) project, he works with both athletes through the Croatian Olympic Committee and the general population, helping individuals improve their lifestyle through evidence-based strategies. In addition to his practical work, he is also an educator and lecturer, known for translating complex scientific concepts into clear and applicable guidance, with a strong focus on longevity, performance, and overall well-being. Sports nutritionist at CIRSP/HPSC (High Performance Sports Center Croatia) at the Croatian Olympic Committee and Kaliper Polyclinic, team specialist at GlycanAge (biological age test by analyzing glycan structures), consultant at Breyer Polyclinic, and lecturer at the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb and Zagreb Fitness Učilište.
