An Associate Professor of Kinesiology and long-standing advocate for healthy lifestyles, whose work bridges science, education, sport, and public health. She has been teaching at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb for over two decades, and as an external associate of the Faculty of Kinesiology also contributes to graduate and doctoral level teaching. She is the author and co-author of more than seventy scientific and professional papers, co-author of two books on hypertension and sport, and an active participant in international conferences in the fields of kinesiology and health. Her primary research interests include chronic disease prevention, physical activity, and student population health. She serves as Vice President of the Croatian and Zagreb Academic Sports Associations, President of the Organizing Committee of the 4 Healthy Academic Society conference, and editor of the HealthMed platform. For her contributions to the profession, she has received the CASS Award for the Best Physical Education Teacher in Higher Education.
