Matej Filipčić

My name is Matej Filipčić, and I hold a Master’s degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. While still a student, in 2015, I launched my own digital marketing agency, which marked the beginning of my professional journey in the world of marketing. Since 2019, I have been actively involved in the development of the FNC organization, where I’ve held the position of Marketing Director for over five years. Through the growth of FNC, I’ve been part of organizing and promoting some of the biggest combat sports events in the region. This journey has brought many challenges that allowed me to develop key skills essential for success in the event industry – from strategic planning and team leadership to crisis communication and digital promotion. Each project has further shaped my professional approach and strengthened my passion for building powerful brands and unforgettable experiences.
