Marko Matušinskij is a performance and strength & conditioning specialist with extensive experience in professional football, sports science, and performance technology. He currently serves as Head of Sports Science at Ultrax Technologies, where he leads the development of athlete performance monitoring systems and acts as Director of the Ultrax Science Hub. During his career, Marko has worked across first teams, academies, and national team environments, including roles within GNK Dinamo Zagreb, the Croatian U21 national team, NK Istra 1961, NK Rudeš, NK Lokomotiva Zagreb, and the Baskonia Alavés Group international football system. He holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and is a UEFA A Fitness licensed coach. Alongside his practical work in elite sport, Marko is also active as an educator and lecturer, collaborating with the Croatian Football Federation (HNS), the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb, and the Football Science Institute.
