PhD Krešimir Šoš was born in 1977 in Zagreb, Croatia, where he completed his primary and secondary technical education. He graduated from and earned his PhD at the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb.
Following his studies, he completed a four-year education program in the Feldenkrais® Method of Movement Development in Vienna. As a strength and conditioning coach and development coordinator, he has been active in elite football for more than 25 years. He initiated the implementation of strength and conditioning training within Dinamo Football Academy and co-authored the Academy’s training program. He worked with the youth national teams of the Croatian Football Federation (HNS). In senior football, he participated in domestic and European competitions with GNK Dinamo Zagreb, Legia Warsaw, and HNK Gorica.
He is the author of sixteen scientific papers in the field of kinesiology. He serves as an external associate at the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb, teaching Kinesiotherapy. He is also a lecturer in the course Special Topics in Biomechanics at the Ivanić-Grad University of Applied Sciences and in Strength and Conditioning at the Croatian Football Federation Academy. He is the founder of Prirodan pokret, a center for movement biomechanics, rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning.
