Jurja Bačeković

Master of Science in Sport Psychology, Mind to Play

Jurja Bačeković is a former professional volleyball player, founder of the educational sports psychology project Mind to Play and a mental performance coach for KK Cedevita Junior. She completed her bachelor degree in psychology and masters degree in sport psychology at universities in the United States and the United Kingdom. In addition to working with basketball players, she optimizes performance systems for volleyball players, tennis players, karate athletes, and footballers across youth, junior, and senior levels. Her work emphasizes psychological safety as a foundation for building self-confidence, mental resilience, and emotional regulation. Through interactive team workshops, she fosters trust and communication among players, creating strong team cohesion. A mental preparation is a stepping stone for every young athlete who wants to discover their strengths and reach peak performance.
