Ivan Kos

Member of the executive board, Croatian Deaflympic Committee (CDC)

Ivan Kos is a Croatian economist and sports official with extensive experience in sports management. Born in Osijek, he graduated with a degree in economics and has held various managerial positions in the business sector. From May 2016 to April 2018, he served as President of the Management Board of HNK Hajduk Split, where he worked on advancing the club. After his departure from Hajduk, Kos continued contributing to sports at the local level. In December 2021, he was elected Vice President of the Osijek Handball Club and President of the Osijek Sports Association. His dedication to sports has been recognized at the national level as well—he is a member of the Executive Board of the Croatian Deaflympic Committee, where he actively works on promoting and developing sports among people with hearing impairments. At the Sunset Sports Festival, Ivan will share his experiences in sports management and discuss the importance of inclusion in sports.

After his departure from Hajduk, Kos continued contributing to sports at the local level. In December 2021, he was elected Vice President of the Osijek Handball Club and President of the Osijek Sports Association.

His dedication to sports has also been recognized on the national level, as he is a member of the Executive Board of the Croatian Deaflympic Committee, where he actively promotes and supports the development of sports for the deaf community.
