A passionate connector and storyteller, Hayley specializes in building personal brands for elite athletes across the NFL, MLB, NBA, UFC, and NCAA—bringing their stories to life through authentic content, digital strategy, and partnerships with Fortune 500 brands. She’s been with VaynerSports since 2020 as one of the company’s earliest hires and first full-time female team member. Over the years, she’s played a pivotal role in growing the agency’s footprint—launching influencer-driven campaigns, managing social media for both the agency and its talent, and helping athletes expand their brands beyond the field. Her work spans high-impact collaborations with athletes like Stipe Miocic, Juwan and Chanen Johnson, Justin and Kourtney Turner, Brandon Miller, and more—merging culture, creativity, and commerce in ways that resonate with fans and followers alike.
