I serve as a board member of the International Esports Federation, where I focus on strengthening governance, fostering international collaboration, and building constructive dialogue between esports stakeholders, including sports organizations and game publishers, to support sustainable global growth.
I also hold board roles within the European Esports Federation and the Norwegian Esports Federation, working across governance, stakeholder alignment, and long term strategic development.
